Manufacturing is given the foremost importance while producing the linen & disposables. Our complete task from processing of fabric to packaging is carried in the company under scrutinized monitoring of trained & experienced team members. The manufacturing unit comprises of various departments like textile processing, drafting & designing, dyeing, cutting, stitching, finishing etc. All these divisions work in random with each other to deliver products & services as desired by the bulk buyer. Trained & experienced workforce operates all these machinery. Furthermore, we upgrade the manufacturing facility as per the requirement to meet the market demands. Great care is taken to ensure the safe storage, transit & delivery of our products to our customers. Each of our products is individually packed in plastic bags & then further in corrugated boxes & cartons for bulk delivery. We have adequate warehousing facilities for our products keeping in mind the factors that can cause adverse effects on the linen quality. We have installed various temperature controllers to ensure a moth free environment. Our warehouse can easily store materials in bulk quantities. |
